International Symposium on Understanding Moderate Malnutrition in Children for Effective Interventions
When: May 26-29, 2014

Malnutrition is one of the most serious health problems facing poor countries, where it is a factor in more than one third of all deaths of children under five years of age. Hosted by An International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), this symposium will focus on moderate malnutrition in children, with the aim of identifying areas in which further research is needed for effective prevention and treatment.
